Happy Monday morning all! Why so happy you ask? We got about 20" of snow here yesterday and there is no school today...no work for me :) The other happy part of today is that my husband did not have to go to work, so I shouldn't have to worry about him being home in time for Christmas...I say shouldn't because you just never know when the power will go out here or somewhere else!
Although I've got a million and one things to get done before Christmas, like everyone else I'm sure, I find the best way to calm myself and rev up for all of the tasks ahead is to squeeze in a little stamping. I decided to play along with the Stamping 411 Saturday Sketch Challenge again this week, I just love their sketches!!
You know I always like to take my photos outside, but there is no way I'm stepping foot out that door into the snow for a picture! The boys have asked me to take them sledding later and I'm dreading it...I'm SO not a cold weather girl!!
Lots of new stuff at work here...Garden from the Heart stamp set, Sweet Pea designer paper stack, and Very Vanilla satin ribbon. I used my aquapainter and classic ink to watercolor the images on watercolor paper. The card stock colors are Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, and Ruby Red.
Thanks for stopping by!

So pretty. Beautiful watercoloring job and congrats on making the stamping411 showcase this week.

Love what you've done with this set Kerin! We got this at Founders and I just sit and look at it thinking "What am I gonna do with that?" Love the idea of the gloves in the oval punch out.
Glad you survived the storm and got some stamping done!
Thanks for playing along this week and have a Merry Christmas!
